We will minimise any disruption by ensuring the support is always available as normal, but we may have to isolate support staff at home. The impact of this on you is that there may be a small delay in responding to your call, so please bear with us. For the protection of our staff we will implement online meetings and training sessions. The impact on the way we support the system should be minimal, you should see no difference in the functionality or the speed whatsoever.
