Implementation & Training Consultant (Automotive Software & Services)
Since 2006 the Truckfile system has provided electronic vehicle compliance, workshop systems and mobile apps for both Fleet operators and workshops within the HGV, PCV and LCV sector. With blue chip clients such as Mercedes Benz, United Biscuits and trade bodies such as the Freight Transport Association we are constantly looking for Implementation and training consultants ideally based in the midlands to help us deliver the solutions of tomorrow. With well over 20,000 customers and over 200,000 vehicle records constantly updated we are the market leader in this sector
Consultants will be responsible for delivering customer implementations and training at a variety of customer locations across the UK and Ireland. You will have experience of field-based installation and training and a knowledge of the HGV/PSV aftermarket would be an advantage. The positions are field based and will involve travel within the UK and Ireland with some nights away from home during implementations. Full training and support will be provided and the opportunity for career progression for the right person as the company continues to grow.
You must be able to demonstrate:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and interact with people
An ability to inspire impart knowledge to others
Have a good knowledge of computers and the internet
The successful candidate may already be an Implementor/trainer in a different industry or someone from the IT sector looking for a career in implementation and training.
Required skills
Strong client facing software installation skills
Strong training experience
Experience in the HGV, PSV or LCV aftermarket
A Full driving licence will be required
