The Truckfile Core system:-

• All vehicles and assets (trailers, tail lifts, etc) can be added.
• Assets can be linked to a vehicle or a trailer.
• Each vehicle or asset has a unique maintenance calendar
  - six month scrolling view of check, maintenance and legal document events.
• "Today's Events" will display for any chosen day.
• Each vehicle or asset has unique time line - displays past, incomplete and future events in date order.
• The system has a password hierarchy - allows different levels of authorisation by different users.
• Permission levels can be set for operators, depots, workshops and users.
• A rolling three year schedule can be created - for events including routine maintenance, safety inspections and legal documentation.
• Routine maintenance can use the manufacturers schedule or you can create a custom schedule.
• Safety inspections can automatically be set to the VOSA recommendation for the type of truck use - or can be set manually by a number of weeks
• Legal document events are set up using a period between dates
• Each event can be designated to a workshop where the work is to be carried out.
• The user can set reminders for any event to be sent by email - allows forward planning of maintenance.
• If a reminder is not satisfied the event is escalated through a chosen management structure.
• Each scheduled event can be moved by an authorised user within date parameters - set by the administration user; e.g. forward three days - back three days.
• Dates can be moved by a simple event drag and drop function.
• When a date is moved other future dates will automatically follow the move if required.
• Each planned event can exclude non-working days such as Sundays or Bank Holidays.
