The system is designed to have minimum touch screen entry with the use of built in fault codes - and outcomes for non-serviceable or advisory results
If a fault or advisory result is not covered by the standard codes the technician can enter free text to give a comprehensive description
If a fault is rectified by a technician during the inspection this is recorded into the system
If a fault is changed by the technician during the inspection as it was a mistake it is recorded as such
Tyre depth, pressure and tyre condicions are recorded by drop down entry for each tyre
