This specialised role involves the delivery of training sessions and the coaching of our customers through implementation, installation and the crucial period of acceptance in the first few days. This job will be mainly based at the customer's site and therefore will require extensive travel throught the UK. The ideal people will have the confidence to share their knowledge and skills with others whilst displaying a flexible and resourceful approach to the role.
Successful implementers will be responsible for working with our customers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, assisting the customers throught the changes needed to implement the system, helping the customer to get the best out of the system and maintain a through knowledge of the systems and there working environment.

The implementation Manager is mainly responsible for: Customer and Project. Clear ownership for implementation activities throughout the pre-implementation and implementation of the product. Planning and management the integration and implementation of the product set from project start-up through customer acceptance to installation of fully integrated, high quality business system. Has significant experience of implementation projects that involve hardware and software installation, data migration, user training and live service support integration. Identify and manage internal and external dependencies. Produce a post-implementation review with recommendations for improvements following live release. Producing, agreeing and maintaining the integration and implementation strategy documents. Defining and agreeing with the Managing Director the mechanisms for implementation to be incorporated into a quality process.
