Magic Internet was formed in 2006 to create an innovative and user friendly document and management information system for the commercial vehicle and transport sector.  Following the initial launch of the Truckfile Electronic Inspection System, Magic Internet worked closely with our major UK and European customers to develop the market leading Truckfile 2 solution covering all the needs of both operators and workshops. Here at Magic Internet we have over 12 decades combined experience of the automotive and transport markets. We have offices and support facilities in Blackwood, Gwent and Redditch, Worcestershire providing solutions to the UK and Europe.

Product

With over 92,000 individual vehicle records and associated assets on the Truckfile system we are the largest document store for the vehicle and transport market. Over 11,000 users rely on the system on a daily basis to ensure they meet requirements of regulatory compliance.  Truckfile is a web based solution based on the ever expanding “cloud” philosophy of easy access by secure password and login through an Internet browser, joining all area of the commercial vehicle and transport sector seamlessly. Being on the web, authorised users can access the system from any internet connected computer with no additional investment in operating servers or other hardware over a completely secure connection. All documents are held securely in a digital format, available for download, 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 day a year without any possibility of a lost or misplaced document.
